Vince, I have just clarified with Andy Swan (driver and prospective Nobel Peace prize winner)that as I did 15 miles of day 2 during a 45 mile training ride on Friday I can sit that bit out next Saturday!! Seems only fair, I'll stick the kettle on (Only Joking) Andy

Hope you are still making good progress, Big Ron and I will try and meet up when you get to Wales (Monmouth),didn't realise you had to go through Wales to get to Scotland,..... who is reading the map,.... Andy, having experienced your map reading skills (or lack of them) on overseas missions, I hope it's not you!! Keep on swinging.
