Well Andy Swan (aka Billy), am very impressed with your skills as Holiday Rep, Tour Guide and Coach Driver (though I see as yet no mention of your red coat or karaoke talents). Hope you remembered to pack the Scottish phrase book.
Well done on your journey so far, the blog is an excellent way to track your progress. Interesting photos,I knew Vince when he had lots more hair and weighed a lot less (well he was less than 8lb when he was born!) Spoke to Geoff last night before he set off on his day around Brittany - some parallels as you will shortly both be in the land. of the Celts struggling to understand the locals.
Anyway as they say in Somerset - All van de bester. PS Dad used to use chalk to tackle the farmers
Well, Well good going my old Fat mate!!!! It's a pity you were'nt so quick around the lanes of NMC or up the hill to West Quantock with William and I (kick my backside now though on a bike). No seriouslly mate dame good effort, glad to see you still have your wheels after passing your home town!!!! Well do to all and keep up the fantastic effort, proud of you.
This is the diary of two men's dream of cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats ~ please follow their progress and support them in what ever way you can. Two excellent charities will benefit from their efforts. The picture above was before the start with a major sponsor and shows the sign that's displayed on the van as we journey. In the picture are Andy Smith, Rob Snell (Director of Elite Cameron), Vince Kearney and Andy Swan.

I'm amazed you're able to keep to the route after seeing the way you wander all over the hockey pitch!
Keep going - you'll soon be in kilt country
